Emerald City Bicycle Tour

Start at Vine Street Storage (across from the Edgewater Hotel), where you’ll be outfitted with a bike, helmet, and water. Then ride with a guide through the city’s bike-friendly trails and protected lanes, passing through eight neighborhoods including Queen Anne, Fremont, South Lake Union, and Ballard.

Highlights include views of the Olympic Sculpture Park, the Ballard Locks and salmon ladder, Seattle Center and its midcentury landmarks, and quiet tucked-away streets along the water. The route is mostly on protected paths to ensure safety, with a few sections crossing standard bike lanes. The tour ends back at the starting point, with plenty of photo stops, local stories, and a sense of city rhythms by wheel.
