Seattle Chocolate Tour

Join the group near 2001 4th Ave at the entrance of Dahlia Bakery, where your guide will gather you for a deep dive into Seattle’s “bean to bar” chocolate culture.

Over the next ~2¼ hours you’ll stroll through downtown, stopping at several spots:
-At a bakery you’ll taste fresh baked chocolate items and learn the early stages of craft pastry design.
-At a café you’ll sip “drinking chocolate” (rich hot-chocolate style) and discover how chocolate moves beyond candy.
-At a major Italian grocery (near Pike Place Market) you’ll sample a selection of artisan chocolate bars from around the world and right here in Seattle.
-At the final stop you’ll arrive at a high-end chocolatier where each truffle is individually crafted and complete with flavor exploration (fruit, liquor, exotic combinations).

Throughout the tour, your guide will share stories about chocolate’s history (from bean cultivation to urban craft production), the local Seattle chocolate community, and how chocolate fits into the city’s food culture.

The walking pace is moderate, the group size is small (max about 12 travelers) and the route ends near 1910 1st Ave (just above Pike Place Market).
